Ahmed Abdelkefi Founder and CEO INTEGRA GROUP Ahmed ABDELKEFI founder and chairman of TUNISIE LEASING GROUP started in 1986 several companies specialised in the leasing, factoring and private equity in TUNISIA, ALGERIA and MAROCCO. He worked from 1978 to 1986 in a senior advisory capacity for The Abu Dhabi fund for economic development in charge of equity investments in North Africa, Egypt, Soudan and Turkey. Between 1973 and 1978 he was in charge of the development of port EL KANTAOUI a Tunisian touristic resort, promoted by the Tunisian government with the financial participation of IFC and various other investors. From 1967 to 1973 he held various senior positions in the Tunisian Finance and Planning Ministry. Ahmed ABDELKEFI has a bachelor of arts degree in Economics from the Faculté de droit et des sciences economiques de Paris.

Fadhel Abdelkefi General Manager TUNISIE VALEURS He joined Tunisie Valeurs in 1994. He is 37 and he is a graduate of the faculté des sciences économiques de Paris I. He held over 10 years the positions of General Services Director, and Deputy General Manager, before becoming the General Manager of Tunisie Valeurs in 2005. He participated in the commercial development of the company as well as in the launching of different new products and services. Mr. ABDELKEFI participated also in the development and the implementation of the company’s IT system (Valorix). Fadhel ABDELKEFI is a member of the board of directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange, 4 funds managed b Tunisie Valeurs, and the President of the board of Integra Bourse Morocco, and Algeria.

Riadh Abida Chairman ATIC From 1986 to 1989, Mr ABIDA had served as assistant in an engineering and management firm. From 1990 to 1993, he held the post of Chief Executive in one of the most renowned Consultancy and study firms in Tunis and in Morocco. Moreover, he led a multidisciplinary team made up of engineers, financial experts and analysts. He dedicated a significant part of his time to study and consultancy missions for international firms established namely in the Maghreb and Central Africa. In 1994, he entered the Venture Capital sector. Four years later, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of a venture capital regional entity. In 2004, he was nominated SIDCO’s Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, the chairman of ATIC. Mr ABIDA is the holder of a major engineer Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the Management of industrial production.

Laurent Abitbol Chairman MARIETTON INVESTISSEMENTS Laurent ABITBOL was born on October 21st, 1965 in Lyon. He graduated from the EFAP French School, as a press attaché. He entered the first of April 1991. The VOYAGES MARIETTON COMPANY, as a booking agent, which is above all a travel agency. In 2005, he became the company’s Chief Executive Officer, after having participated in the development of the Voyamar Tour Operator, which was created in 1974. Laurent ABITBOL accompanies from then on the firm in its development, by operating important strategic choices. The 51 million Euro business volume showes that his shooting turned out wining, 38 millions of which concerning only the tour operator VOYAMAR. Today, Laurent ABITBOL is the Chairman of the MARIETTON INVESTMENT HOLDING which got the AEROSUN COMPANY since beginning of 2008. The MARIETTON INVESTMENT GROUP is now the regional leader in its domain of activity. Laurent ABITBOL put down the first stone to his ambitious project of development.

Brigitte Aknin Senior Investment Officer ESAV - MARRAKECH Brigitte Aknin est Directrice des relations extérieures de la première école de formation initiale aux métiers des arts Visuels de Marrakech (ESAV) depuis sa création en septembre 2006. Installée à Paris, elle est en charge notamment du rayonnement international de l’Ecole et de la gestion de son fonds de bourse. Elle a commencé sa carrière dans l’exploitation cinématographique en créant et dirigeant successivement les cinémas Escurial et Max Linder à Paris pendant plus de 20 ans. Elle a par ailleurs mis son expérience et ses compétences au service de différentes associations ayant pour point commun la création de lien social par le cinéma auprès de différents publics. Brigitte Aknin a reçu en 1997 les distinctions de Chevalier des Arts et Lettres et en 2006 de Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.

Dr. Adnan Al Sultan Managing Director VC, PRIVATE EQUITY AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFERT IN THE MIDDLE EAST Dr. Al-Sultan has a PhD in Economics from Clairemont Graduate School (USA). Dr. Al-Sultan has at least 23 years of experience in leadership positions in Investment Management, Direct Investment in various Investment companies, Academia and Consulting Businesses. He was the Chief Investment Manager for the Direct Investment Department at Kuwait Investment Authority (1991 – 2002). Dr. Al-Sultan leads a number of Management Positions and Board Memberships in many companies and served as Secretary General for Higher Committee for Economic Reform founded by the Council of Ministers (1994 – 2001).

Consultant CABINET A Christian Apotheloz, 57, is the founding manager of Cabinet A in Marseille, providing strategic consulting for private enterprises and public institutions. Previously, he worked for many years as an economic journalist and local correspondent for national publications such as “Le Figaro Economie”, “Le Nouvel Economiste”, “L’Entreprise”, “L’Expansion”. He also created and managed a Press agency in Marseille, editing a newsletter “Sud Infos”. Since 2000, he has been working as a consultant for industries and regional organizations. From 1978, he has been intensely engaged in cooperation networks in the Mediterranean Region : i.e. Finances Méditerranée ; Cité Euro-méditerranéenne de la Mode ; ADECI ; ACIM (Agency for International Cooperation and Local Development in the Mediterranean Region).

Joao Arantes e Oliveira CEO ESPIRITO SANTO CAPITAL APCRI Professional Experience João Arantes started his career as an analyst and later on as a portfolio manager. In 1996, he joined Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento, where he headed a corporate finance team and then became a senior banker for retail and consumer related industries for 3 years. Since 2002 he has been leading the development of Espírito Santo Capital, especially the processes of fund raising and the decision making of most investment and divestment deals. João Arantes is member of the board of several companies in Portugal and Spain, and was member of the boards of APCRI – Associação Portuguesa de Capital de Risco e Desenvolvimento and EVCA – European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. Qualifications MBA by Universidade Católica Portuguesa and degree in Business Administration by ISCTE.

Alassane Ba Division Manager AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK Mr A. BA is currently a Division Manager for Industries and Services in the Private Sector Department at the African Development Bank. This Division handles sectors like Extractive Industries, Manufacturing and Oil and Gas. He holds a Master Degree in Banking from Paris I Sorbonne in 1997 after his Master Degree in Economics in 1984 at Dakar University -Senegal. He joined African Development Bank (AfDB) in 1991 as an Industrial Economist. Mr BA is a long serving staff for ADB. He helped to build a strong portfolio in investments funds, mining projects and manufacturing. Mr BA attended various courses including the risk assessment and investment appraisal at Queens University in Canada.

Selma Bellagha Co-founder VIVERIS MANAGEMENT Selma Bellagha, 43 years, CEO of Alternative Capital Partners (ACP), a Tunisian fund management company created in September 2006, in partnership with Viveris management, a French management fund company. ACP manages a tunisian seed fund and is co-manager of the Tunisian compartment of Altermed (Mediterranean investment fund ) launched by Viveris Manangement. Selma Bellagha was founder and general manager of an investment company, subsidiary of the Tunisian Kuwaiti Bank and senior credit manager in this bank. An engineer, she is a graduate of the Lorraine Polytechnic Institute (INPL), specializing in chemical engineering, and has a DEA (postgraduate research degree) in biotechnology from the same institute. She also has an MBA.

Alaya Bettaïeb CEO SAGES CAPITAL Mr. Bettaieb graduated in physics, engineering, economics & management from Tunisian, US and Japanese universities. He is a known venture capitalist in MENA, former chairman of Tunisian Venture Capital Associations, co-founder and acting SG of Arab Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, and representative of the Arab Science & Technology Foundation in Maghreb. He cumulated for the last decade a good track records in venture fund management in Tunisia and is managing since 2006 several corporate venture funds within Tunisia’s public and private groups unique in MENA. Mr. Bettaieb is behind several reforms in the VC & PE sector in Maghreb and the initiator of seed funding in Tunisia. He gained the trust of the US government to conduct a training program for young VC professionals in Algeria and to lead a regional Innovation program launched in 2005 to value Technology in Innovative SMIs in Maghreb. Mr. Bettaieb is guest speaker at several international conferences dealing with Venture Capital issues in general and financing high value added technology start-ups in particular. He is pioneer in Introducing Intellectual Property & technology transfer related issues to the VC community in MENA.

Dora Bouchoucha Productrice NOMADIS IMAGES Elle crée l’Atelier de Projets des Journées Cinématographiques de Carthage en 1992. Elle a également mis sur pied les Ateliers SUD ECRITURE qu’elle dirige depuis 1997. Dora Bouchoucha s’investit également dans les festivals internationaux de cinéma où elle est régulièrement membre de jury et participe à de nombreux débats sur le cinéma. Elle est membre du Cinemart Board de Rotterdam et a publié de nombreux articles et communications liés au cinéma.

Ferid Boughedir Réalisateur Il fit carrière à la fois comme critique, théoricien et historien de cinéma et comme réalisateur. Issu de la Fédération Tunisienne du Cinéma Amateur (FTCA), il étudia la littérature à l’Université de Rouen. Il publia de nombreux articles sur le cinéma africain et arabe dans divers magazines. Il réalisa 4 documentaires sur le cinéma africain et arabe : 2 courts métrages JCC 74 (1974), Cinéma de Carthage (1984), un long métrage Caméra d’Afrique 1983) et un moyen métrage Caméra arabe (1987) qui furent tous diffusés sur les chaînes de télévision internationales. Son premier long métrage de fiction Halfaouine, l’enfant des terrasse (1990) qui fut un véritable succès critique et son second long métrage Un été à la Goulette (1994)

Stéphane Boujnah Managing Director & Senior Investment Banker DEUTSCHE BANK Stéphane Boujnah has been a Managing Director and Senior Investment Banker at Deutsche Bank since 2005. He focuses on transactions in the energy sector, as well as in the telecommunications and technology sectors. He is also responsible for the development of the investment banking operations of Deutsche Bank in North Africa. He is President of Deutsche Securities Algeria. He was Director of the Technology Group for an international investment bank in Palo Alto (California) and then in London. From 1997 until 1999, Stéphane Boujnah was senior adviser to the French Minister for Economy, Finance, and Industry, Dominique Strauss-Kahn. From 1991 to 1997, Stéphane Boujnah was a business lawyer in the international firm Freshfields. Stéphane Boujnah graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He holds a Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies of International Economic Law from la Sorbonne Paris, a LLM International Business Law from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from Insead. He was raised in Sfax, Tunisia.

Alain Bourissou Co-Founder AXONIA PARTNERS Prior to co-founding Axonia Partners, Alain Bourissou was Deputy Strategy Director of the Oseo group and Deputy General Director at Oseo Innovation, the semi-governmental French agency dedicated to the financial support of French innovative SMEs. He was previously the Development and Strategy Director of Anvar, the former structure that merged with Sofaris and Bdpme to form the Oseo group. He invested in more than 100 SMEs and developed relationships with many investors (institutional, corporate and individuals). Prior to that, he was Advisor to the French Minister of Research. Giampio Bracchi Chairman AIFI Giampio Bracchi received the Dr. Ing. Degree in electronic engineering in 1967 from Politecnico di Milano. He is currently full professor of Information Systems at Politecnico di Milano, where he has also been serving as Deputy Rector and chairman of the Technology Transfer Unit from 1990 to 2002. Since 2003 he is chairman of the Politecnico Foundation. His professional interests are in the fields of information systems, innovation in industry and finance, and technology transfer. On these topics he has published books and articles widely, lectured in many countries, conducted research projects in the university environment, been engaged in strategic and management consultancy for large companies, and served as chairman of committees in many private and governmental organisations. He is currently chairman of Banca Intesa Private Banking S.p.A., AIFI-Associazione Italiana Private Equity e Venture Capital, RDB S.p.A., Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali S.p.A. and chairman of the evaluation committee of Italian e-government projects. He is currently member of the board of directors of ABI (Italian Banks Associations) and CIR. Sidney Cabessa

Chairman and CEO CIC FINANCE Mr. Cabessa graduated in chemical engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs, has a BS as well as degrees from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques-Paris and the Centre de Perfectionnement des Affaires (CPA). After working as an engineer at Technip, Mr. Cabessa joined the Banque de l’Union Européenne (BUE) as a financial analyst and then as head of financial research before holding various management positions in the corporate finance division. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment. Since 1990, he has been the chairman and chief executive officer of CIC Finance, subsidiary of the 5th French banking group CIC- Crédit Mutuel. He is also chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIC LBO Partners and chairman of the supervisory board of CM-CIC Capital Privé. He hold also positions to the board of different French Companies such as Nature & Découvertes, International Metal Service, Media-Participations, Demeter Fund.

Bruno Cavalié

Managing Partner CABINET RACINE Bruno Cavalié, who founded the firm in 1981, advises a large number of French and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions where he has as developed a special expertise in the field of new technologies. He also represents clients in complex commercial and criminal litigations. He is a lecturer at Université Paris 12 and at the Centre de Recherches et d’Etudes des Chefs d’Entreprise (CRC). He is also a member of the Brussels Bar.

Mondher Cherif Consultant PROJECT MEDIBTIKAR Mondher Cherif is professor of Economy and Finance in Paris and Geneva. He Holds a PhD in Economics at the University of Paris 12. Actually, he is the CEO of Performances and Strategy, a training/consulting company (www.performances-strategy.com) . He has written for private equity publications for many years and become acknowledged as an expert on venture capital and innovation. He was team leader for several missions with the EC, the Unctad and other NGOs around the world.

Omar Chikhaoui General Manager CAPITAL INVEST Omar Chikhaoui was an executive investment officer at two private equity leading firms in the Maghreb from 1996-2000 where he oversaw several growth capital and capital transmission transactions. He joined Capital Invest in January 2001 where he assumed responsibilities as Investment Director, then General Manager from 2006. Omar Chikhaoui earned a MBA in Finance at University of Texas at Dallas University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (AIMR).

Hussein Choucri Founder, Chairman and Managing Director HC SECURITIES Mr. Hussein Choucri is the founder, Chairman and Managing Director of HC. Mr. Choucri serves as a board member on the boards of Capital Market Authority, The Holding Company for Tourism and Cinema (HOTC), The Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA), IT Ventures, and Gulf Arab Investments Company (GAIC). Mr. Choucri is also a member of the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA), American Chamber of Commerce, and the French Egyptian Business Association (FEBA). Mr. Choucri joined Morgan Stanley in New York in 1980, and was a Managing Director from 1987 until 1993. As Managing Director, he was responsible for Morgan Stanley’s business activities in the emerging markets of the Middle East and the Indian sub-continent where he was involved in a variety of privatization projects in Turkey, India, and Argentina. He was also involved in the implementation of several advisory missions on behalf of a wide number of Morgan Stanley’s clients inside and outside of the USA. Mr. Choucri’s extensive expertise includes his involvement in a wide range of Investment Banking assignments including : mergers, corporate finance, acquisitions, companies’ capital raising assignments, and financial advisory services.

Anthony Clarke Managing Director GLE GROWTH CAPITAL Anthony Clarke. Qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now PWC) in the late 1970’s and soon after as a chartered secretary. Thereafter, he worked on a full time basis as a finance director and chief executive of a number of privately owned SME companies and since 1995 he has been a business angel investor/ non executive director of six start up/early stage businesses. Anthony is managing director of GLE Growth Capital which includes London Business Angels and its sister company London Seed Capital. He is also managing director of the UK’s first Enterprise Capital Fund, Seraphim Capital. He is chairman of the British Business Angels Association and president of European Business Angels Network. Anthony also holds a position on the board of CASI (Council for Advancement of Science and Industry for London).

David Cooke Partner Africa ACTIS David joined Actis, a leading private equity investor in emerging markets, in October 2006. Based in London, his responsibilities include origination, deal execution and portfolio management for Actis investment in Africa with mostly on Egyptian and Maghreb transaction opportunities. He sits on the Board of Sinai Marble, an Egyptian integrated marble quarrying and production business based in Cairo, following Actis’ successful buy-out of the business in May 2007. Before joining Actis, David spent two years working with Bridgepoint Capital a leading European private equity firm and prior to this he was with Ernst & Young’s private equity team in London working on pan-European buyout transactions for leading US and European private equity funds. He began his career in corporate finance in South Africa.

Edouard Cukierman Managing Partner CATALYST FUND Edouard Cukierman is the founder and CEO of Catalyst Funds and Chairman of Cukierman & Co Investment House. Since 1993, Cukierman & Co. Investment House has realized €2.6B of corporate finance transactions. Edouard Cukierman serves as Chairman of BOS (NASDAQ : BOSC), as Chairman of the Board of Summit Radio Corp. in New Jersey, and is a Board member of Lamina Technologies in Switzerland. Mr. Cukierman was the President and CEO of the Astra Fund, the first Israeli company to go Public in Continental Europe and was also the President of the Supervisory Board of Citec Environment SA and Services in Paris. He was a Board member of Orex, MTI Wireless and other portfolio companies of Catalyst and served as a Board member of Otto Capital, a Singapore based VC fund. Mr. Cukierman holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and a B.Sc from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Arnaud de Bresson Chief Executive PARIS EUROPLACE Arnaud de Bresson, Managing Director of Paris EUROPLACE, born in 1955. Graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (1978), University of Paris II (1978) and University of Paris X (1977). Since 1993, he has been Managing Director of Paris EUROPLACE, which is the organisation in charge of promoting the French financial market. In addition, since January 2004, he’s been Managing Director of the Institut Europlace de Finance (EIF). From 1985 to 1992, he was Director of TGF (a fund management company part of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations group) and Managing Director of FICOM. From 1981 to 1985, he was Project Manager for AFME (Agence française pour la maîtrise de l’énergie). From 1980 to 1981, he was Financial Analyst for Caisse des dépôts et Consignations. Thierry de Longuemar Vice Chairman AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK Mr. de Longuemar currently holds the position of Vice President Finance of the African Development Bank, an Institution he rejoined in 2004 after having served as its Treasurer between 1996 and 2001. He was Treasurer of the Asian Development Bank between 2002 and 2004 after having been the Global Head of Central Banks and Supranational at ABN AMRO. Jean-Marie Masse Head Business Development IFC - WORLD BANK Mr. Jean-Marie Masse is Head, Business Development, Global Financial Markets at the International Finance Corporation. Marie-Annick Peninon Director EVCA After being Director of Regulatory and Public Affairs, Marie-Annick Peninon is currently in charge of monitoring and promoting the mid-capitalisation segment of the European private equity industry at EVCA, the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. EVCA represents the European private equity sector and promotes the asset class both within Europe and throughout the world. It was established in 1983 and is based in Brussels. Marie-Annick Peninon was the Secretary General of the French Venture Capital Association (AFIC) from 1995 to 2001. Previously she managed the private equity operations of a French insurance company for five years, then in charge of the Communication and Media private equity investments of a large bank. After mastering in Monetary policy at the Paris university and completing her studies at the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques, she began her professional life as a manager of mutual funds, specialised on the American and Far East markets.

Yannick Petit Chairman and CEO Allegra Finance A graduate in Business Finance (DESS de finance d’entreprise) from the Université Paris IX Dauphine, Yannick PETIT began his career with the launch of the Matif in 1986, working as a Project Director (Chef de Mission) in the Audit Department of Matif SA before being appointed Finance Director in brokerage firm for specialized to futures and options. After a short posting as Head of Accounting and Management Control for the Daï Chi Kangyo Bank, Yannick PETIT joined SBF-Bourse de Paris (Euronext SA) in 1991. Pascal Pierra Head of Private Equity PROPARCO Pascal joined PROPARCO in 2001 to follow the Investment Funds and later to create and head the Private Equity Department. François Pontet Vice Chairman EUROMED CAPITAL FORUM Graduated in law and in political Science at Paris IEP, François Pontet has begun his career at the Information and economic forecast office (BIPE). At the early 70’s, he is principal private secretary to Jean-Jacques Servan Schreiber, and to the Lorraine regional council President. He becomes adviser of the Compagnie Générale de Constructions Téléphoniques President and Managing Director of the company (ITT France) (1979-1987). Julien Proffit Partner ASCOTT ASSOCIES Julien Proffit est associé du cabinet Ascott Associés. Aziz Qadiri CEO FINAPACK Aziz Qadiri a commencé sa carrière en 1983 en France dans le groupe Pinault en tant que Contrôleur de gestion dans la branche « Bois et matériaux ». En 1985 il intègre le groupe immobilier SOGIP comme directeur financier. Il supervisera le projet de réaménagement d’une importante ZAC en centre ville à Toulon. En novembre 1990, de retour au Maroc, il est nommé Directeur de mission à la société d’investissement, Compagnie Financière d’Investissement, filiale de WafaBank et d’Indosuez. A ce titre, il participera à plusieurs opérations d’acquisitions et assurera la gestion directe de deux affaires reprises par le fonds. En 1994, avec l’aide de sa famille, il prend le contrôle de la société Carsud dans le secteur des emballages, dont il fera le numéro 2 du secteur après le rachat de son concurrent Ondumar en 1998 dans le cadre du holding Finapack et avec l’aide de 2 fonds d’investissement. En 2003, il négocie une alliance avec le leader du secteur CMCP et est nommé Président du Directoire du nouveau groupe (1500 employés, 120 millions d’euros de CA). En 2005, le holding Finapack rachète avec l’aide de plusieurs fonds d’investissement la totalité du groupe. En juillet 2007, Aziz Qadiri négocie la cession de CMCP à la multinationale International Papers pour un montant de près de 100 millions d’euros. Resté administrateur du groupe CMCP, il est depuis août 2007 conseiller du nouveau PDG. En octobre 2007, avec d’autres investisseurs, il reprend la société Laitière Invest spécialisée dans le lait et dérivés.

Gérard Tavernier Past Chairman GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL Gérard Tavernier (66), PhD in law, (University of Lyons, 1967), and a graduate of the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris and of the « Institut d’Administration des Entreprises » in Lyons, joined the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1969, and became a partner in 1974. Having acquired extensive experience in corporate and banking law, he launched the Firm’s real estate practice in 1971 and has been the head of its Real Estate Transactions and Financing Department until the end of 2007. Jean-Claude Thomas Chairman FAIRLEAD MANAGEMENT ILE DE FRANCE Jean-Claude Thomas (Born Bordeaux, 1952) qualified in law from Bordeaux University in 1973. From 1975 to 1987, Jean-Claude Thomas was an Inspector for GAN VIE, and was responsible for projects. In 1995, he was appointed Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Life business at AVIVA, and held responsibility for restructuring the sales force. In this role he implemented one of the broadest series of changes ever made at AVIVA (previously known as L’Abeille). During the 14-month restructuring project, he drove, managed and organized an intense change management program, which success saw him appointed by the Board of AVIVA to a Senior Manager role at a global level in 1998. He underwent so an intensive 6-month training program at INSEAD business school in change management. In 1996, he was appointed Head of Marketing and Business Development for the AVIVA group, covering all markets and all 1000 branches. Finally in 2000, based on his extensive experience and well versed in change management he decided to pursue a career as a general agent for AVIVA and Insurance Broker for SERCA, allowing him to manage two businesses targeted towards the companies sector. From 2003 to 2006, Jean-Claude Thomas was the head of Sales & Marketing for France Assurances Courtage. In September 2006, attracted by the idea of undertaking a new professional challenge, he decided to join Fairlead Management as President of Fairlead Management Ile de France (Paris area).

Nabil Triki Managing Director - Head of Private Equity SWICORP Mr. Triki joined Swicorp in 2003 and heads Swicorp’s Private Equity activities. Since joining Swicorp, Mr. Triki has spearheaded the development of the private equity activity for the firm, which today comprises of over 30 investment professionals and nearly USD 1.5 billion under management. Eric Wirth Partner FAIRLEAD MANAGEMENT ILE DE FRANCE Born in Bordeaux in 1961, Eric Wirth holds a Master of Sciences and a Master degree in Business Administration obtained at the IAE Aix-en Provence in 1984. He then enhanced his different professional experiences by undergoing an education program leading to an official certification as a Professional Coach. From 1985 to 1995, he went through all positions of Sales, from Sales Engineer to Director of Sales, in particular within companies like BAXTER and SANOFI. Olivier Younès Investment Manager SIPAREX VENTURES Olivier Younès, 35, is Investment Manager for the Siparex Ventures fund and Manager of the Euromed Capital Forum Association. In his ten years of experience in finance, he has worked in the field of private equity (7 years) and as a financial auditor (4 years). Ben Zwinkels Senior Investment Officer FMO Ben is a Senior Investment Officer of the FMO.
